About
Yuzu Money is an institutional-grade yield engine that combines tokenized real-world assets with curated DeFi strategies under a transparent, risk-managed framework. Our integration exposes Yuzu's feeder vaults: users deposit a stablecoin and receive an ERC-20 feeder-vault share token whose price per share accrues yield over time. There is no separate reward token to claim — the position compounds through share-price appreciation.
The Yuzu syzUSD vault accepts USDT and earns the senior-tranche yield of Yuzu Alpha, accrued via the vault's price per share.
The user flow:
- Deposit: Users deposit USDT and receive syzUSD-FV1 feeder-vault shares.
- Earn: Yield accrues daily via share-price appreciation while the share balance stays constant.
- Request redemption: To exit, users create an on-chain redeem order. The shares are escrowed into the vault and the position shows as an
unstakingbalance. - Fill: The operator fills the redeem order — typically within 24 hours — after which it becomes claimable and shows as an
unstakedbalance. - Claim: Users finalize the filled order to receive their USDT back.
Pending Actions
Claim (Finalize Redemption)
Redemptions go through an on-chain order queue. After a user requests a redemption, the order is filled by the operator (typically within ~24 hours). Once filled, the balance moves to unstaked and the user finalizes the order using the CLAIM_UNSTAKED pending action to receive their USDT back. Both the in-progress (unstaking) and claimable (unstaked) balances can be tracked via our /stake/balances endpoint.
Considerations
- Queue-based redemptions: Withdrawals are not instant. Exiting is a three-step flow — request redemption, wait for the order to be filled (typically within 24 hours), then claim the finalized assets. Shares are moved into the vault's escrow when the redeem order is created; no separate share approval is required.
- Unfilled orders: If an order is not filled within the fill window (~1 day), it becomes cancellable. A cancelled order returns the escrowed shares to the user.
- No enter warmup: Deposits begin accruing yield immediately with no warmup period.
