About
Our Sushi integration facilitates staking SUSHI into the SushiBar, SushiSwap's revenue-share staking contract. Depositing SUSHI mints xSUSHI at the current exchange rate; xSUSHI itself doesn't rebase in quantity, but its redemption value rises as a share of protocol trading fees are routed into the SushiBar over time — similar in spirit to a share-price vault rather than a rewards-accrual staking position.
The interaction flow:
- Enter: the user deposits SUSHI into the SushiBar (
enter), receiving xSUSHI. - Value accrues: as trading fees are added to the SushiBar's SUSHI balance, each xSUSHI becomes redeemable for more SUSHI over time — no manual claim needed.
- Exit: the user calls
leaveto redeem xSUSHI back into the underlying SUSHI (principal plus accrued share of fees), in a single synchronous transaction.
Pending Actions
This integration has no pending actions. Both entering and exiting the SushiBar are single, synchronous transactions with no cooldown, claim, or withdrawal-queue step. Position value can be tracked via /stake/balances.
Considerations
- Not classic staking — despite the "staking" label, this is functionally a share-price vault: xSUSHI's exchange rate against SUSHI rises with protocol fee revenue rather than a separate reward token accruing to a static balance.
- No cooldown — exiting is a single, immediate transaction.
- Yield source is protocol trading fees, so the effective rate moves with SushiSwap's trading volume rather than a fixed emission schedule.
