# Harmony staking

> Delegate ONE to a validator on Harmony with per-block reward accrual, manual claiming, and a 5-day unbonding period.

Delegate ONE to a validator on Harmony. Rewards accrue every block and must be claimed manually; exiting starts a 5-day unbonding period.

## Yields

| Yield ID | Staking type | Provider | Validator selection |
| - | - | - | - |
| `harmony-one-native-staking` | Native | Any active validator | Required |

## Key facts

| | |
| - | - |
| Network ID | `harmony` |
| Staked token | ONE |
| Unbonding / cooldown | 5 days |
| Minimum | 100 ONE |
| Rewards | Claimed manually; accrued per block |

## Enter and exit

Enter with `amount` (100 ONE minimum) and `validatorAddress`, both required. Exit with `amount` and `validatorAddress` to undelegate; the undelegated balance enters a 5-day unbonding period before it becomes available.
