# SNX 420 pool staking

> Stake SNX into Synthetix's 420 pool, with a 7-day lockup and a 1-day cooldown before withdrawal.

SNX 420 pool staking deposits SNX into Synthetix's 420 staking pool. There is a single pool; no validator or operator selection applies.

## Enter and exit

Enter takes `amount` (required, minimum 30 SNX). Unstaking is possible once the 7-day lockup has passed. Exit unstakes the full position rather than a partial amount, then requires a separate `WITHDRAW` pending action once the 1-day cooldown has passed.

## Managing the position

| `UNSTAKE` | Initiates unstaking of the position, starting the 1-day cooldown. |
| `WITHDRAW` | Claims the unstaked balance once the cooldown has passed. |
