# Venus

> Supply assets to Venus's core lending markets or its Flux vaults on BNB Chain.

Venus runs two distinct products on BNB Chain, both integrated by Yield.xyz under separate provider IDs: Venus core pools (`venus`, public type `lending`) and Venus Flux (`venus-flux`, public type `vault`). Both take a deposit and mint an ERC-4626-style or protocol-native receipt token.

## Venus core pools (lending)

Venus's native lending markets, spanning a broad set of BNB Chain assets including USDC, USDT, BNB, DAI, CAKE, SOL, XRP, DOT, AAVE, UNI, and LINK. You supply a token and receive the matching `v`-prefixed vToken (for example `vUSDC`), redeemable for the underlying asset at any time as its exchange rate rises. Yield IDs follow `binance-{token}-venus-lending`; query [`GET /v1/yields?providers=venus`](/api-reference/YieldsController_getYields) for the live list.

Entering supplies the token and mints vTokens in the same flow. Exiting redeems vTokens for the underlying asset; there is no cooldown. Interest accrues to the vToken's exchange rate automatically; Venus core pools expose no manual reward-claim action through Yield.xyz.

## Venus Flux (vault)

Venus Flux vaults are ERC-4626 vaults, built on the same vault infrastructure as Fluid, that allocate deposits across Venus lending markets. You receive an `f`-prefixed share token (for example `fUSDC`, `fWBNB`).

| Input token | Share token |
| - | - |
| USDC | `fUSDC` |
| USDT | `fUSDT` |
| United Stables (U) | `fU` |
| WBNB | `fWBNB` |

The WBNB vault also accepts native BNB: pass no `inputToken` (or the native symbol) and Yield.xyz wraps it before depositing, and unwraps it back to native BNB on exit.

Exits are instant: no cooldown or withdrawal queue. Request an exit with `amount`, `shareAmount`/`shareAmountRaw`, or `useMaxAmount` for a full exit. Interest accrues automatically into the share price; there is no manual claim step and no separate incentive token on any Flux vault.

## List the live yields

Copy this request to list the Venus yields enabled for your project. Yield IDs change as markets and networks are added, so query the API rather than hardcoding them.

```bash theme={null}
curl "https://api.yield.xyz/v1/yields?providers=venus&limit=100" \
  -H "x-api-key: $YIELD_API_KEY"
```
